WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All online orders received between Monday and Friday are generally processed and shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders will be delayed by one day due to federal holidays within the United States

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DOES YOUR COMPANY USE?

Happy Cow Moisturizing Udder Balm products are shipped via standard USPS or UPS Ground. You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method to Next Day Air Saver or UPS Second Day Air for faster delivery (additional charges apply). In addition, for international orders, our products are shipped UPS Worldwide Expedited.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO RECEIVE IT?

Please refer to the UPS Shipping Chart below for the number of business days in transit for UPS Ground packages shipped within the 50 states from West Des Moines, Iowa.

  • UPS Ground: 1 to 5 Business Days
  • Next Day Air Saver: Next Day By 3 PM
  • UPS Second Day Air: 2 Days By End Of Day
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited (For International Orders):
  • Canada: 2 Business Days
  • Mexico: 2-3 Business Days
  • Europe, Asia, Latin America: 4-5 Business Days

CAN I SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can ship to a different address other than your billing address. We encourage you to send gifts to your family and friends. However, if you`d like to ship to multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders for each unique shipping address.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER THAT`S BEEN SHIPPED?

Please send us your tracking request via email to orders@thehappycow.net. We will email your UPS tracking number so that you can track your order.

WHAT ARE THE RATES FOR SHIPPING?

There is FREE UPS Ground shipping for individual orders of $200 or more going to one shipping location. Wholesale orders of $1,000 or more going to one shipping location will receive free shipping.

For individual orders less than $200 USPS or UPS shipping charges are figured and applied at the time of check-out. You will have the option to choose your service, review the charges and adjust the service before submitting your order. Wholesale orders less than $1,000, will have shipping charges added to the invoice.

We may need to contact you via email for additional charges, at a later date, if the delivery address is incorrect, if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location, if the package is refused or unable to be delivered.
